Marketing Department
Account Manager
EQM Incorporated is a premiere, privately owned and operated sales and marketing firm in Midtown Manhattan, New York situated next to Times Square. Currently, we are looking to fill entry level sales and marketing positions. We are looking for team-oriented people with the ambition and self-motivation to grow within a company. EQM Incorporated is looking for entry level Account Managers to help with a new project for one of our Fortune 500 clients.
We will provide training in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Management. The Account Manager will be responsible for a particular territory, doing business to business outside sales presentations for our clients and customers, campaign management and training a team of people. This position is entry level, so no experience is necessary.
Marketing Department
Branch Manager
Advancement to the Branch Manager position at EQM Incorporated will only be given after a proven track record within the Account Manager position. Branch Managers handle the clients directly and oversee the advertising, PR and finance for each client. They manage a team of 15-20 Account Managers. All Branch Managers MUST start within the Account Manager postion
This is a full time position, the right candidate will only be chosen after several face to face, one on one interviews with EQM Incorporated. Candidates must be good with people and have a high level of integrity. Compensation is based upon individual performance. We provide full training and benefits.
Charities & Fundraising Department
Fundraiser
This role includes recruiting, by appropriate means, long term, monthly paying donors in support of registered charities, meeting or exceeding personal and team performance targets. Successful candidates will work as part of a team, engage in face to face charity fundraising activities under the supervision and guidance of the designated Area Manager and Team Leader. The role will help raise funds in the US for innovative program work in developing countries that is carried out by other charity affiliates. The candidate will also have a strong involvement in developing and exercising a broad range of skills in fundraising and play a key part in helping us build a strong community of engaged supporters to partner with us as we tackle issues related to global hunger, women's rights, climate change and disaster relief.
Team Leader
The Team Leader will effectively manage the fundraisers in order to meet the field performance targets, as well as organize and manage all field activity in order to successfully meet the fixed performance targets. Team Leaders are also expected to augment the Cycle of Development (COD) by acting as a coach/mentor, including regular participation in fundraising activities during every shift in order to meet targets. Team Leaders are also expected to provide support for all fundraisers under their assignment for the day with personal attention, feedback and encouragement.
Charities & Fundraising Department
Manager
This requires being the main contact between the Charity and the Team Leaders & Fundraisers. You will ensure fundraisers are fully briefed as to their targets prior to each fundraising activity and remain contact as necessary to ensure instructions are being adhered to and advice and encouragement are appropriately offered. Managers are expected to participate in the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) process by attending training sessions provided by EQM Incorporated and/or the charities as required. Managers will also attend weekly meetings and conference calls with the Charity to ensure open communication between Fundraisers and the Charity. Other roles include managing the training and development of 10-20 Fundraisers and 5-7 Team Leaders. You create goals and set a vision for expansion and growth to help further create a donor base for the charities we represent. Finally, you will help develop and maintain a level of team unity and cohesiveness, whilst allowing people to express their individuality and passion for each cause.
