EQM Incorporated asks: Is Sales for Everyone?

There is a common misconception in the industry that many people believe; ‘Some people were born to sell, others simply weren’t’. EQM incorporated firmly believe that this isn’t necessarily the case – sales (and marketing techniques) can be taught and it’s one of the main focuses of EQM Incorporated’s business. At the heart of EQM Incorporated’s values it entails having set out a tangible strategy that isn’t set in stone, but is there to aid sellers in making sales and becoming more confident, much like the acclaimed ‘natural sellers’. Think about this; if workers didn’t have their tools available to them, could they still get their job done? The answer lies in the type of worker we are talking about but by giving sellers this strategy, it acts as an invaluable tool to get the job done.

Knowing

Knowing, is half of the battle. A key part of the strategy set out at EQM, is that knowing really is half of the battle. That’s knowing who’s a lead, and who’s isn’t. The only way to find that out is to talk to our customers – communication is the most important factor in creating quality sales, as it builds trust and rewards accountability. Face to face sales is important in maintaining a brands appearance, or image, to the public whilst bringing brands directly to customers, and tailoring the product directly to the customer’s needs.

Strategy

EQM incorporated is aware that the sales and marketing game is a challenging one. And that’s where a lot of sellers can ‘define’ themselves, pushing themselves to be creative and overcoming personal obstacles. EQM knows that by having a strategy in place, sellers can find the solutions and make the customer buying process and easy experience and a trustworthy one.

Proactive

EQM incorporated operates out of Midtown Manhattan in New York and is an outsourced sales and marketing firm working with many big-name brands for a number of years.
